The goal of this Blended Intensive Programme is to provide an opportunity to share best practices and experiences
among European universities regarding the gender equality agenda. We will discuss the current state of equality
policy implementation, with a special focus on intersectional perspectives and how they can be effectively
integrated into our efforts.
The programme is open to anyone interested in the topic of equality, diversity, and inclusion in the context of
implementing Gender Equality Plans in academia. However, it may be particularly useful for equality officers, EDI
coordinators, and staff responsible for the implementation of Gender Equality Plans (GEPs), as well as
related roles.
The programme will be tailored to the needs of participants based on input from a preliminary online meeting held
in April. The main components of the programme will include:
• Sharing best practices and peer-to-peer learning
• Expert-led lectures and discussions
