Bertha-Ottenstein-Prize 2021

This year we are once again inviting applications for the Bertha Ottenstein Prize for innovative projects and measures relating to equality and diversity. The deadline for applications is March 31, 2021.

The Bertha Ottenstein Award of the University of Freiburg is intended to recognize and support innovative projects and structural measures in the field of gender equality as well as outstanding achievements in the field of gender and diversity research. The Bertha Ottenstein Prize may be awarded to individual members, groups of members, or organizational units of the University.

The Bertha Ottenstein Prize is endowed with 5,000 EUR and can be awarded for measures that have already been completed and that do not date back more than two years. Projects already in progress or planned that can only be implemented with the help of the prize money can also be awarded.
