Justitia Mentoring has set itself the task of improving the initial chances of young female lawyers for an equal professional life through individual support and making female role models visible.


MeMPhys is a project that aims to make it easier to enter university life and thus contribute to a goal-oriented and successful study. For this purpose, a student of your subject from a higher semester will be assigned to you as a contact person who will support you with questions about studying, university life and much more.


Since late 1990, mentoring programs have been established at numerous universities and colleges to increase the presence of women in all disciplines, including medicine, and in leadership positions. The EIRA mentoring program at the Medical Faculty of Freiburg was launched in 2010 and has so far accompanied 79 mentees over a period of 1.5 years each.

Student Mentoring Competence Network

The Student Mentoring Competence Network has already helped more than 6,000 students advance personally and professionally since 2012.
We develop, coordinate and support numerous mentoring programs for students - target group-specific for international and student teachers and subject-specific for all students.

AdvanceMent Freiburg

We support young scientists in their personal and professional development and career planning. We create opportunities for professional orientation and to help participants successfully navigate their next career steps through reflection, feedback, networking, mutual support and further qualification.
