Call for nominations for the Friedmund Neumann Prize

The Ernst Schering Foundation awards the Friedmund Neumann Prize to young scientists who have done outstanding work in basic research in human biology, organic chemistry or human medicine. It is aimed at young scientists who have already developed an independent scientific profile after completing their doctorate, with the aim of making excellent scientific achievements visible and thus supporting their scientific establishment. It is endowed with 10,000 euros and is not awarded for a specific purpose.

Nominations are accepted from renowned scientists as well as from scientific institutions and professional societies.

With the renowned Ernst Schering Prize, we annually honor outstanding scientists whose groundbreaking research work has produced new inspiring models or fundamental changes in knowledge in the field of biomedicine.
